We are born, each of us with an innate ability to experience joy and compassion. Examples of this surround us every day, every moment of every day, it's clear and observable. These qualities are within us if we choose to.
Many challenges confront our ability to access this natural state of being. Which can leave us feeling vulnerable, disconnected, anxious, and lost. We're all stressed out. I mean, that's, that's the reality of it. Everyone's stressed out. Everything's moving so quickly, and the means of communication is so quick and so everything is ramped up.
