Hi, welcome everybody. Thank you so much for showing up for this talk sad to hear Dr. Ali Mattu. My name is Jessica De vento Zubin and I lead mental health here at YouTube. And it is my pleasure to introduce Dr. Ma to licensed clinical psychologist, expert and anxiety has worked at some of the top hospitals in New York State. And however, he got frustrated with the with the systems that he worked in over the years and the clinical work he was doing about making sure that mental health information was accessible to the general public.
And so he's pivoted his career to focus on really high quality psychoeducation content for the masses as a scalable approach to really help support the mental health of lots of folks. He also believes that social support and our ability to turn towards friends, loved ones family for support is crucial, and is an essential skill to help us navigate the existing global mental health crisis. At a time when many are feeling isolated and anxious about the future. He shows us how to help each other overcome the challenges we face.
